Add freight, duty, insurance and handling to a purchase order. Allocate each cost by value, weight, units or volume — duty on dutiable lines only. Every allocation sums to the cent.
Orders are placed in the supplier's currency. The rate is locked when the order is created, so a rate change never rewrites an old order.
Lead time, minimum order quantity, case pack, incoterm, payment terms. Several suppliers per product, one preferred.
Record what arrived, then choose whether to post it to Shopify as a stock adjustment with reason “received” and a reference to the receipt.
Velocity × (lead time + review period + safety days), minus stock on hand and on open purchase orders, rounded up to MOQ and case pack.
Reorder suggestions use your sales over the velocity window you set (90 days by default), read live from Shopify each time you open the page — up to 2,000 orders per load. Sales figures are not stored.
Quaybound never changes your stock in the background. The only change to your stock quantities is the adjustment you trigger by recording a receipt with “Post to Shopify” ticked: a single, idempotent adjustment with reason received and the receipt id as reference, visible in Shopify's inventory history. If a product is not yet stocked at the receiving location, the app activates it there first (at zero) so the adjustment can be posted.
