Terms of service
Effective 15 September 2026. These terms govern use of Quaybound by merchants and their authorized staff. Quaybound is provided by RExelerate AB, org. no. 559596-2472, Kivra: 559596-2472, 106 31 Stockholm, Sweden. Contact support@rexelerate.se.
What Quaybound provides
Quaybound helps you manage suppliers, purchase orders, additional purchasing costs and receipts, and calculate replenishment and purchase-budget suggestions inside Shopify. You are responsible for checking supplier prices, exchange rates, delivery dates and quantities before acting on them. Plans use the data available to the app and do not guarantee demand, profit or stock availability.
The app does not send purchase orders to suppliers, make supplier payments or automatically place orders. Inventory changes occur only when you explicitly post a receipt to Shopify. Recording a receipt without posting does not update Shopify stock. If a posting result is unconfirmed, check the inventory history and contact support before repeating the delivery.
Access and acceptable use
You must be authorized to act for the Shopify store and to provide the supplier information you enter. Grant access through Shopify's installation flow. Use Quaybound lawfully, respect other parties' rights, and do not attempt unauthorized access to another store or interfere with the service. Shopify's own terms continue to govern your use of Shopify.
Subscription and cancellation
The Standard plan costs USD 49 every 30 days, with a 14-day trial as displayed in Shopify's approval screen. The subscription includes unlimited suppliers, products and purchase orders without usage fees. Shopify processes app charges; its confirmation and billing screens show the applicable charges and taxes. No app charge is approved by merely viewing the plans page.
Cancel by uninstalling Quaybound through Shopify admin. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals; contact support with questions about a charge or refund. Any change that requires new billing approval will be presented through Shopify. Development stores use test subscriptions.
Merchant data and privacy
The app accesses store settings and currency, Shopify authentication-session details, product and inventory identifiers, inventory levels, locations, and order dates and quantities needed for planning. It stores the supplier, purchasing and receipt data you enter. It does not request customers' names, addresses, emails or payment details. Sales quantities used for planning are not stored.
We use merchant data to provide and support Quaybound, not to sell data, train AI models or build cross-merchant benchmarks. Hosting and backups use Hetzner in Germany; Shopify provides the platform and billing; Cloudflare provides DNS. The privacy policy explains processing, retention, service providers and rights.
After uninstall, session access is removed. Store data is deleted when Shopify sends its shop-redaction request; backup copies expire within 14 days. Contact support to request access, correction, export or earlier deletion of your data.
Responsibility and support
RExelerate AB is solely responsible for Quaybound, its development, operation, marketing, distribution and support, and for liabilities arising from access to or use of the app, including our access, use, disclosure and storage of merchant data. Shopify is not responsible for faults in Quaybound or harm resulting from its installation or use. Except where Shopify expressly states otherwise, Shopify does not provide assistance with installing or using Quaybound. Contact RExelerate AB for app support.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms impose no exclusivity or restriction on your ability to operate your business or develop competing products.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms as functionality or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will be available on this page. Material changes affecting your use will be brought to your attention in the app before they take effect.
